HELP DESK
Members may call the HELP DESK 903.831.9219 9-10AM CST, appointment preferred, Tuesday-Thursday. Members may e-mail drthomas19@hotmail.com or fax questions to 309.343.7574 any time. HELP DESK schedules personal visitations to Member locations any time, confirming all scheduled visits via e-mail or fax only. The HELP DESK never asks for passwords or other confidential information over the phone or fax or e-mail transmissions.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR EMERITUS
The founder helps where he is able. He writes one monograph a season when time allows between consultations, advisories and serving on boards, panels and commissions. He is most at home when helping Members see around all the corners of their arts, design and culture-based clusters, superblocks and corridors. His training and advising schedule calls for him to focus his time on the Great Lakes and Mid-South region this season; he will be available to the Advisory team by cell and laptop when not in his studio. His private, heavily screened Chicago line for Members with ongoing Projects: 903.831.9219. Dr. Thomas is grateful for all the notes and letters, calls and e-mails he's received from firends, colleagues and associates since his retirement from the Executive Director's chair.
